By accessing and using Plinth ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of Service

You must use the Platform in compliance with all applicable South African laws and regulations. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Data and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the financial data and documents you upload to Plinth. The Platform itself, including its original content, features, modeling logic, and functionality, is owned by Plinth and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Expert Services

Requests for Expert Underwriting Review are provided as an advisory service. Plinth is not liable for investment decisions made based on our analysis or software output. All deals should be independently verified by your internal compliance and investment committees.
